Marketing & Sales Coordinator

 


Location:
 Carrick-on-Suir
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days in office / 3 days visiting client sites

 


About the Role

We are seeking an organized, proactive, and commercially minded Marketing & Sales Coordinator to support our growing business. This role combines marketing coordination, client relationship management, and sales support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working across multiple functions and building strong customer connections.

The successful candidate will split their time between office-based planning and administration, and visiting client locations to strengthen relationships, support sales activity, and represent the company professionally.


Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate and assist with marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Create and schedule content for social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials
  • Assist with branding, presentations, brochures, and marketing collateral
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports
  • Support event planning, trade shows, and promotional activities

Sales Coordination

  • Support the sales team with quotations, proposals, and customer follow-ups
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and customer records
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and sales schedules
  • Prepare sales reports and track customer activity
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention

Client Relationship Management

  • Visit client sites regularly to maintain strong working relationships
  • Act as a point of contact for customer enquiries and support requests
  • Ensure excellent customer service and professional representation of the company
  • Gather client feedback and communicate insights to internal teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience in marketing, sales support, customer service, or coordination roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Comfortable travelling to client sites regularly
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Full clean driving license preferred
