Hartley People Recruitment on behalf of our client in Waterford are seeking a skilled Administrator to support engineering operations, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth inventory management. This is a full-time permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support engineering team with admin and documentation
  • Manage drawings, records, and project files
  • Process POs, invoices, and job paperwork
  • Maintain data in ERP/CRM systems
  • Coordinate meetings and liaise with suppliers

Requirements

  • Admin experience (engineering/manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficient in inventory management
  • Good communication and multitasking skills

Desirable

  • ERP systems experience (e.g. SAP, Dynamics 365)
  • Experience in stores and purchasing
