Hartley People Recruitment on behalf of our client in Waterford are seeking a skilled Administrator to support engineering operations, ensuring accurate documentation and smooth inventory management. This is a full-time permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Support engineering team with admin and documentation
- Manage drawings, records, and project files
- Process POs, invoices, and job paperwork
- Maintain data in ERP/CRM systems
- Coordinate meetings and liaise with suppliers
Requirements
- Admin experience (engineering/manufacturing preferred)
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in inventory management
- Good communication and multitasking skills
Desirable
- ERP systems experience (e.g. SAP, Dynamics 365)
- Experience in stores and purchasing
