Area Sales Manager –South East / Midlands

The Opportunity
Are you looking for a fresh challenge with one of Europe’s fastest-growing premium workwear brands? Blåkläder Workwear Ireland Ltd is seeking a high-caliber Area Sales Manager to drive our expansion across the Irish market in the South East and Midlands.
From our Dublin base, we provide high-performance clothing to professionals who demand the best in functionality and durability. If you are an energetic sales leader with a passion for quality gear and a “boots-on-the-ground” approach, we want you on our team.
The Role
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the full commercial landscape in your territory. Your goal is to strengthen the Blåkläder brand by supporting our national dealer network and securing direct agreements with all major construction and industrial firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and win new business opportunities across Ireland, focusing on profitable revenue growth and market share.
- Dealer Network Management: Maintain and service existing accounts with specialized workwear retailers, ensuring they are fully supported with the latest product knowledge and merchandising.
- Site & End-User Engagement: Conduct “Toolbox Talks” and product demonstrations directly on-site to build brand demand from the ground up.
- Competitor Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the Irish marketplace, gathering data on pricing, delivery schedules, and competitor merchandising to maintain our edge.
- Technical Consultation: Resolve customer queries and technical issues by investigating problems and providing high-quality, durable solutions.
- Strategic Reporting: Provide management with clear visibility through weekly work plans, daily activity logs, and comprehensive monthly territory analysis.
- Brand Representation: Attend Irish trade shows and industry events to build personal networks and professional societies within the trade.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven Track Record: Solid experience in B2B field sales in Ireland (ideally within the construction, PPE, or hardware sectors).
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, from “man-on-site” to procurement directors.
- Mobility: A full, clean Irish driving license is essential, as this is a field-based role involving significant travel.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g.,Microsoft Dynamics) and Microsoft Office to manage a sales pipeline.
- Grit: A self-starter who is motivated by targets and takes pride in representing a premium Swedish brand.
