**Job Title:** Part-Time Administrator

**About Us**
Kilbarry Gymnastics Club recently moved into a larger, modern facility (September 2025) and continues to grow rapidly. We are now open 7 days a week, offering classes for children from 3 years of age and upwards, as well as a thriving adult gymnastics and fitness programme.
We have a small but successful competitive squad with clear development pathways in place.
We pride ourselves on fostering a positive, inclusive environment where athletes can develop skills, confidence, and a love for the sport.
**Role Overview**
We are seeking an organised and reliable Part-Time Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our gymnastics club. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a community-focused environment and has strong administrative and communication skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage club communications, including emails, phone calls, and member enquiries
* Maintain membership records and databases
* Assist with class scheduling, bookings, and attendance tracking
* Support event coordination, competitions, and club activities
* Handle basic financial tasks such as invoicing, fee tracking, and payments
* Carry out **basic bookkeeping duties**, including recording income and expenses, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records
* Liaise with coaches, parents, and external organisations as needed
* Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations
**Requirements**
* Previous administrative experience preferred
* Basic bookkeeping or accounts experience is desirable
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar systems)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Interest in sports or gymnastics is an advantage
