Job Title: Sales Development Representative for PIO

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build a long-term career in sales, healthcare recruitment, or business development.

As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Identify and prospect potential healthcare clients through market research, outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.

Initial Outreach

Conduct high-volume outbound communication to introduce PIO’s services and qualify potential opportunities.

Appointment Setting

Schedule meetings and product demos for Sales Managers and Regional Sales Managers with qualified prospects.

CRM Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions, leads, and opportunities within the CRM system (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce).

Market Research

Stay informed on healthcare market trends, client challenges, and competitor activity to tailor outreach strategies effectively.

Collaboration

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to improve messaging, targeting, and lead generation strategies.

Reporting

Provide weekly reports on outreach activity, lead generation performance, and conversion metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

1–3 years of experience in sales, telesales, recruitment, or business development (healthcare or staffing industry experience preferred).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in handling rejection professionally.

Experience using CRM systems and sales engagement tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
